FIG

There are alot of fig varieties. For example, in Aydın, there are 271 type of fig, but white figs are mainly for drying. Table figs are mainly by black or aubergine colored.

Sultanselim : Product with sweet taste, large pieces and round shape. Maturity time is Aug.

Poplar : Product with medium largeness, purple colored and sweet taste. Flesh is soft and by sweet taste. Maturity period is Aug.
